Marriage License Information

Civil or spiritual ceremony. All Christian denominations (Protestant, Catholic and non-denominational) and all non-Christian religions are honored. No classes or counseling required. Available 7 days a week, 365 days a year . with advance notice.

You must obtain a license from the jurisdiction in which you are to be legally married. We can help you with this, giving you all the regulations for each specific state, country or jurisdiction . though often we will have to do a bit of research to get the latest details. Our officiant will usually be licensed in the jurisdiction in which you will be married. In certain, very restrictive environments, it may occasionally be necessary that we arrange to have the legal paperwork done by a civil authority in the area of the wedding, though the adventure ceremony itself will be conducted by our ordained officiant, and a certificate will be issued stating the location of the adventure wedding, together with the legal certificate from the country/state/jurisdiction.

Be prepared to show one of the following types of government-issued photo Ids: driver's license, walker's license, passport, military ID. The legal age in most jurisdictions is 18. Both parties should be prepared to state your: current address, birth date and place of birth (city/state or foreign country), Social Security Number, any prior marriage's cause of termination (divorce/death), mother's maiden name and father's full name.
