Jim Burch directly (who is the organizer/manager of this web page, and whose photos appear on these opening pages) at 703-818-8080 to see if he is personally available, or select Virginia, Maryland or the District of Columbia below to see all the officiants in each jurisdiction.
  
• if you live outside the Washington, DC/Baltimore region or the USA, you should locate one of our local officiants near you from below by selecting the country or state.

The cost of this referral system is free to you; here is how it works: a $35 fee is charged to your credit card through an Internet-secure system. You are then given a $35 rebate on a return email in the form of a certificate which gives you a $35 deduction off the fee the officiant usually charges.

When you click "continue" below, you will then fill out a form for your credit card to be charged $35. Please note that you will receive back from us by return email both the full names of the officiants you have selected together with their phone numbers and email addresses, plus a certificate for $35 which you will give to our officiant whom you select and book, and who will then deduct $35 from his or her usual fee. Thus, this service is free to you; your officiant pays the fee.
